PAYMENT TERMS

• All payments will be made through credit card or bank transfer in Euro.
• Money transfer fees are to be paid by participants.
• Participants paying the hotel fees via bank transfer must send payment receipt to Dorana Tourism via e-mail: doranaturizm@hotmail.com or fax: 00 90 392 2205012
• Bookings will be made in accordance with the order of transfers of booking fees to bank account of Dorana Tourism in TRNC.
• Booking will respectively be made in accordance with the terms and details specified in booking form and confirmation of reservations will be delivered to reservation owners via e-mail.
  Once the booking has been made and the participant has been informed in writing, no booking change is carried out by the agency.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Accommodation fee is 100% refundable till 1 October 2015.
• Accommodation fee is 50% refundable between 2-12 October 2015.
• No refund after 13 October 2015
